Art Deco Pin Cushion Doll

This Art Deco half-doll from the 1920s-30s features a white glazed porcelain upper body with painted facial details and blonde hair. Mounted on a scrolled base, the figure is dressed in a unique black textile outfit with rose details and gold thread. This ornamental item, which stood four to five inches tall, could have been used as a powder box topper or pin cushion. The doll is in good shape with normal age wear to the cloth, and its painted features and flapper-style attire are classic Art Deco.
