Depending on your location, the estimated time of arrival of the package differs. For our customers in Europe, delivery should take 2-7 working days. For any other countries outside of Europe it should take: 7-21 working days. Please take into consideration that local holidays and customs can longer the process.
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive the tracking number of your parcel via e-mail. Besides this, the shipping company (PostNL) will keep you updated via e-mail regarding the shipping status as well. You can follow your parcel through PostNL website with the tracking number we have provided.
We arrange worldwide shipping. Your location and the weight of parcel determine the costs, this is an automated process.
All the items will be shipped by registered mail. In case of loss or damage, contact us within 3 days upon arrival of the parcel so we can open a claim at the shipping company. When possible, always take photos of the damage and the package, when making a claim.
