An amber vase that glows like captured sunlight, created by the Dutch glassmakers Fidrio.
At the top of its gently upward-flaring cylindrical form is a rippled rim that resembles wind-tossed water. Thousands of tiny bubbles swirl in the glass, frozen mid-float, as the warm orange color intensifies as it moves toward the bottom. An example of artisanal craftsmanship that combines practicality and whimsical sculpture is the Fidrio logo, which is etched below and anchors its Dutch heritage.
